IIa Pay Schedule |

Time sheets must be submitted to the IIa Accounting Department before the absolute deadline in order to receive payment on the scheduled payday for the current pay period. Payment of wages for late time sheets will be delayed until the scheduled payday for the following pay period. Each employee is responsible for submitting his/her own time sheet on or before the absolute deadline. IIa will notify supervisors of scheduling changes that may occur during the year. Supervisors are responsible for making the schedule and any changes to the schedule available to all employees. NOTE: Pay dates for semi-monthly employees will change in November from the 5th to the 7th and from the 20th to the 22nd.
