Strategic Planning and Policy Group

The Strategic Planning and Policy Group provides the following services:

• Strategic planning for science, technology and information.
  We work with customers to define their organizational visions and/or goals. Then we synthesize the actionable programs that support those visions/goals, providing support in the successful execution of those programs. When an organization that wants to become a benchmark research and development (R&D) technical organization, we assess their capabilities and recommend a strategic plan that might address (but is not limited to) the following:
• The way they handle their employees
• How they do business development
• The makeup of their organizational structure

Then we develop programs for each area and support execution of those programs through workshops, consultation from industry experts, and other resources as needed.

• High-end secretariat services, concentrating on science and technology (S&T)  information and data management, especially for interagency committees
  
• Comprehensive conference planning and support
• Human capital strategy and planning
  
• S&T information consulting, concentrating in data warehousing and data management, including performing studies and development/execution of technical solutions
•  General acquisition and/or program management support, including development of functional requirements, requirements analysis, risk management, program tracking and control, acquisition strategy, development of acquisition documentation, and program execution support
