IIa values the relationships we have with our customers and makes a commitment to proactively manage the quality of and value of IIa services. By using efficient work processes and procedures and focusing on perpetual improvement, we bring greater quality to the work we produce. Gaining and maintaining an ISO registration since 2008 both motivates and underscores our commitment to the quality of services we offer to our customers.

IIa uses several approaches to ensure the delivery of first class services and customer satisfaction.  IIa ensures that customer needs and expectations are determined, converted into requirements, and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction. IIa also abides by quality standards as outlined in our quality policy and pursues perpetual improvement of that system. IIa evidences its commitment to the development and improvement of the IIa quality management system by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting requirements, conducting management reviews, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
