Corporate Staff Continues to Grow
Oak Ridge, TN. Information International
Associates (IIa) is pleased to announce the addition of new staff
members in Oak Ridge. Fred Rascoe, Jewel Hebert, and Ivy Fu join
IIa’s corporate headquarters staff in newly created positions
with the growing company, bringing the number of employees in Tennessee
to 66. IIa has more than 200 employees in 14 states, the District
of Columbia, France, and the United Kingdom.
An April 2004 master’s graduate of the University of Tennessee’s
School of Information Science, Rascoe joins IIa as an information
specialist. He will support IIa’s work with CENDI—the
Federal STI (scientific and technical information) Manager’s
Group, SAIN (the Southern Appalachian Node of the National Biological
Information Infrastructure), and AFMIC (the Armed Forces Medical
Intelligence Center.
Jewel Hebert and Ivy Fu fill new positions in IIa’s corporate
finance and accounting department. Hebert comes aboard as project
accountant with a BBA in Finance from the University of Louisiana.
She has worked in finance and accounting positions in the local
area since 2000.
Fu joins IIa’s staff as a part-time accounting clerk. She
holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Beijing Teacher’s
College in Beijing, China. She is currently seeking an associate’s
degree in accounting at Roane State Community College.
Founded in Oak Ridge in 1988 by Bonnie C. Carroll, IIa has a world
class reputation in scientific and technical information (STI)
services, national and international information policy and standards
development, library and information center management, intelligence
work, and base operations support services. In March 2004, Federal
Computer Week named Carroll one of the Top 100 information technology
professionals in America.
